What you’ll do

• Run structured intake interviews; analyze target roles and employer needs.

• Build clear, results-driven documents using strong verbs and metrics (STAR/CAR).

• Optimize for ATS parsing, keywords, and scannability; tailor per opportunity.

• Create companion materials (cover letters, LinkedIn headlines/summaries, short bios).

• Apply clean, professional layouts while preserving ATS compatibility.

• Protect confidentiality and handle personal data responsibly.

• Deliver on time to scope, style guides, and acceptance criteria—with minimal revision.

What you’ll need

• 3+ years’ CV/Resume writing, recruiting, or career-services experience.

• A portfolio with before/after samples (redacted) demonstrating measurable impact.

• Deep understanding of ATS behavior, keyword strategy, and modern hiring practices.

• Excellent interviewing, synthesis, and editing skills; impeccable grammar and tone.

• Proficiency with Google Docs/Microsoft 365 and PDF export; basic presentation skills.

• Bonus: sector expertise (tech, finance, healthcare, legal, education), and bilingual English/French.

Assessment & quality assurance

Shortlisted candidates may complete MCQs covering ATS, structure, ethics, and style, plus writing tests to transform raw inputs into an interview-winning CV and cover letter. For live work, Writexperts applies a two-step QA: (1) editorial quality review (accuracy, clarity, consistency, formatting), and (2) plagiarism check before final delivery.
