About the role
Writexperts helps brands communicate with precision and style across print and digital. We’re expanding our network with graphic designers who turn strategic briefs into distinctive, on-brand visuals. Every project at Writexperts receives a lead-designer quality check before final delivery, plus an originality review of all visual assets; any included copy (headlines, taglines, captions) is subject to a plagiarism check to protect brand integrity and licensing compliance.

What you’ll do
Translate briefs and brand kits into clear, scalable design systems and deliverables.
Create concepts, iterate fast, and present rationale tied to goals and audience.
Prepare press-ready and web-ready files (bleeds, dielines, CMYK/RGB, accessibility).
Maintain typography, color, and layout discipline; build reusable components/templates.
Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and PMs; incorporate feedback precisely.
Hand off tidy source files with documented layers, styles, and export specs.
What you’ll need
3+ years’ professional design experience (agency, in-house, or strong freelance track).
A portfolio showing problem-solving, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
Fluency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and/or Figma; bonus: motion/After Effects, 3D, or data-viz.
Mastery of layout, hierarchy, color theory, and production standards (print & digital).
Asset ethics: you source and credit licensed fonts, images, icons, and music.
Nice to have: sector expertise (tech, finance, healthcare, education, NGO, e-commerce) and English/French bilingualism.
Assessment & quality assurance
Shortlisted candidates may complete MCQs on design fundamentals, brand systems, and production, plus practical design tests (e.g., a one-page layout or mini brand kit). For live projects, Writexperts applies two-step QA: (1) designer/creative-lead quality review for accuracy, clarity, consistency, accessibility, and export compliance; (2) plagiarism check for written elements and originality/licensing verification for all visual assets prior to final delivery.
