About the role
Writexperts partners with brands, educators, and creators to deliver broadcast-ready voice and pristine audio. We’re expanding our roster with voice actors, narrators, audio editors, and sound designers who can turn tight briefs into clean, compelling output across platforms. Every project receives a lead-producer quality check before final delivery, and all scripts, captions, and written materials undergo a plagiarism check to safeguard originality and brand safety.

Commercial & brand voice-over • eLearning and course narration • Explainers & corporate narration • Audiobooks (narration + mastering) • Animation/character/IVR • Podcast production (editing, mixing, mastering, show notes) • Audio post (dialogue editing, cleanup, noise reduction, de-ess, ADR sync) • Sound design & SFX • Sonic branding & jingles • Dubbing & localization (lip-sync, timing) • Transcription, captions & subtitles (time-coded) • Music bed selection/licensing • Audio restoration & enhancement.
What you’ll do
Translate briefs into polished voice or audio deliverables with clear storytelling and timing.
Record broadcast-quality voice (treated room, pro mic/signal chain) and perform directed pick-ups.
Edit, mix, and master to platform specs (e.g., podcast loudness, broadcast/streaming norms).
Build soundscapes/SFX; select licensed music; deliver clean stems and masters.
Localize scripts with cultural accuracy; ensure consistent tone and pronunciation guides.
Maintain meticulous file hygiene, versioning, and metadata; hand off session/source files.
Collaborate with producers, writers, and PMs; turn feedback quickly and accurately.
What you’ll need
A standout reel/portfolio showing range and measurable outcomes (engagement, CTR, retention).
3+ years’ professional VO/audio experience (or an equivalent client track record).
Proficiency in Pro Tools, Audition, Reaper, Logic, or DaVinci Fairlight.
Technical rigor: noise floor, gain staging, EQ/comp, de-noise/de-reverb, loudness delivery.
Treated recording space, XLR mic + interface preferred; reliable remote direction (Zoom/Source-Connect).
Asset ethics: you clear and document rights for music, SFX, and voices.
Nice to have: bilingual English/French; domain expertise (tech, healthcare, finance, education, NGO).
Assessment & quality assurance
Shortlisted candidates may complete MCQs on audio fundamentals, platform specs, and compliance, plus practical tests (script read, short edit/mix). Writing tests may be used for script or show-notes roles. On live projects we run two-step QA: (1) editorial/technical quality review for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and export compliance; (2) plagiarism check for written elements and originality/licensing verification for audio assets before final delivery.
